除了娘惹糕,我们也传承永平福州人的传统手艺,推出了独家手工福州饼:斗溜和咸囊——这些,是你在别的地方吃不到的。
我们是00后开的店,用年轻的方式,包装妈妈的传统手艺。

Hola Soon Lee is a small café in Yong Peng, Johor — built on a mother’s 30 years of kuih-making experience, and a daughter’s dream to share it with the world.
We grew up with the taste of Mum’s handmade nyonya kuih — soft, fragrant, and always made with love. Now, we're sharing that same taste with you. Each piece is lovingly crafted, just like she’s always done at home.
But that’s not all. We’re also proud to offer something truly unique: our signature Fuzhou traditional biscuits, Douliu and Gengnang — handmade only by us, carrying the heritage of our hometown in every bite.
Hola Soon Lee is a meeting point between generations — where a mother’s time-honored skills meet the heart and creativity of a new generation.
